Great location with lots of food/drink/stores within walking distance. Close to old Montreal. Rooms are clean. Our room didn’t have a shoe mat, but when we asked one was brought up right away. Good breakfast, and friendly staff.
We just left and had spent 2 days and nights here (was supposed to be 3 but had to leave early for personal reasons). I have to say firstly I have stayed in a ton of Marriotts and hotels in general over the years but this one specifically the staff surpassed anything I have ever experienced when it comes to customer service and making you feel special and a little bit like part of the family. The employees here are THE friendliest and down to earth I have ever met at a hotel before. Jamar was so kind, funny and professional and truly cared about our experience there this weekend. And Khalid went out of his way to help with a surprise for my birthday which I was absolutely blown away by! The housekeepers are so kind and my room was sparkling multiple times during the short visit I was there. The room was updated and modern and comfy and I am just overall so amazed by the entire time spent there. I highly recommend this location and thank you so much to the wonderful staff for everything they did to make my birthday one of a kind! Xo I wish you all the best and hope to see you again some day
Our experience at the Fairfield by Marriott Montreal Downtown was truly wonderful. We stayed for two weeks, and throughout our entire stay, we received excellent service from the entire team. We would especially like to recognize Adam, the administrator/supervisor, and Jamar, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They were always looking out for us and made sure that any request or issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Overall, the staff showed great willingness to help, always with a positive and friendly attitude. Thanks to them, we felt right at home, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Without a doubt, it was an experience we would highly recommend and would gladly repeat.
Everything went well. Staffs are nice especially a lady in the kitchen serving breakfast, I believe her name is Maria. Room is clean. My last day breakfast was closed at 9 without warning. We are told it is until 10. A sign on the wall says it is 6:30 to 10. So we didn’t get breakfast properly. In fact many people didn’t get breakfast.
I stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites Montreal Downtown and had a pleasant experience overall. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were consistently welcoming and attentive. The room was well maintained, clean, comfortable, and exactly what you’d expect from this type of hotel. One minor detail worth mentioning is that slippers were not available in the room. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk and exceeded expectations in terms of quality. All in all, we had a great stay!
Incredible service! Friendly manager when we checked in on Christmas Eve and helped with our bags. Super friendly staff working breakfast on Christmas. Clean and comfortable rooms. We even left an item behind they packaged up and mailed back to us. Amazing team - thank you for a great stay!
Stayed here in the summer for a one night getaway. Flight was early & I was able to check in early for 1/2 rooms which was great to drop our bags and start exploring. Rooms were clean, modernized & spacious. I wished I stayed longer! Flush was okay, sliding door to bathroom was pretty cool. Service was great, good value hotel. Breakfast was good though difficult to find a table 8am on a Saturday. Continental breakfast is included which consisted of toast, cereal, boiled & scrambled eggs, yogurt, sausages, a few pastries, juices, coffee, tea & hot cocoa. Location was great, short walking distance to Chinatown, subway station & old Montreal.
Hotel was great. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality with tons of selection to start the day off right. Everything you want to see is within walking distance. Shout out to Jamar at the front desk. He was so friendly and welcoming. True genuine guy. Thanks for guiding us on our Montreal trip!
